This is a fast paced class with lots of information while working hands on with each process. You'll leave class with a piece of mixed media art and ready to jump into your next piece with confidence!
In this three hour class I'll show you the basics to get you started making your own art. Choosing your surface, the brushes and tools you'll want to use, different types of paint, mediums, using papers in your art and mixing color. You will then be working on a 12"x12" mixed media painting on board and getting it ready to hang.
This class will take place at F1VEart Studio & Gallery in the Arts District of Liberty Station in San Diego. Classes and workshops will be kept to small groups of five students, to offer the best individual guidance and instruction in a small friendly gathering.
